Frequently asked questions
How does it work?+
Buy credits once. Each credit covers one listing — two videos, one horizontal and one vertical. Submit the listing address from your dashboard and we email the finished videos to you.
How do I get my contact info on the end of the video?+
When you submit a listing, paste your contact card into the Listing notes field. We'll place it as a closing card on both videos. Suggested template:

What languages do you support?+
We currently produce videos in English and Chinese. Specify the target language in the Listing notes when you submit. One payment (one listing credit) produces the videos in a single language only. If you need the same listing in both languages, submit one listing per language — each uses a separate credit.
How fast are videos delivered?+
We aim to deliver within 24 hours of submission. Bundle buyers get priority in the queue, useful when a new listing hits the MLS and you need content the same day.
Do credits expire?+
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits after 12 months will expire and are not refundable.
Pay as you go vs. the 10-listing bundle — which should I pick?+
Pay as you go is best if you close one or two listings a month. The bundle is $100 for 10 listings — that's $10 per listing, a 50% discount. Most listing agents hit break-even on the bundle at 5 listings.
Can I combine credits from multiple purchases?+
Yes. Your credit balance is the sum of all non-expired purchases. Oldest credits are spent first.
Do I own the videos? Can I use them in paid ads?+
Yes. You receive full commercial rights for every delivered video. Use them on the MLS, in Meta or Google ads, on your brokerage website, and in listing-presentation decks. You are responsible for obtaining the rights to use the property photos and any other source materials that go into the videos.
What about homeowners selling FSBO?+
The service works for any listing. Homeowners selling by owner can submit the same way.
