Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GenHomeVideo at genhomevideo.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GenHomeVideo produces short marketing videos from publicly available real estate listing data you submit. Each listing produces two video formats: one horizontal and one vertical.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Purchases and credits

Payments are one-time and processed by Stripe. Each purchase adds credits to your account; one credit allows submission of one listing. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits after 12 months will expire and are not refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You must only submit listings you have the legal right to market. You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes third-party rights.

5. Source materials and property photos

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use the property photographs, floor plans, descriptions, and any other source materials that we incorporate into your videos. This includes (without limitation) rights from the photographer, brokerage, MLS, homeowner, and any tenants or occupants depicted.

You represent and warrant that the materials and information associated with each listing you submit do not infringe any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or privacy right of any third party. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GenHomeVideo from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of materials you submit or that we use on your behalf.

6. Content and license

You retain ownership of addresses, notes, and any source materials you provide. We grant you a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use delivered videos for commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with Section 5.

7. Delivery and availability

We target delivery within 24 hours but do not guarantee a specific time. Download links expire 24 hours after issue for security; fresh links are available from your dashboard.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support; any unused credits will be forfeited unless a refund applies under our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard.
